FOUNDERS

Kasia
Katarzyna Budzyń – Creative mind. Business spine.

At Bold Cut, I bring a rare blend of sharp creativity and rock-solid production skills. Production has been part of my agency journey for years — I’ve delivered commercials, music videos, branded films, interviews, and testimonials for both Polish and international clients. I move effortlessly between big creative thinking and the tough realities of budgets and deadlines. I’ll come up with the kind of idea you wish you’d thought of, write the script, and then make it all happen — smoothly, on time, and with serious wow factor. I handle the whole ride from A to Z — and bring the kind of energy that turns heads.

Piotr
Piotr Jechanowski – 25 years in post. Zero burnout.

Been telling stories frame by frame for over two decades. Post-production is where I’m in my element — and I still get a kick out of it. From commercials and music videos to feature films, docs, museum installations, and TV — I’ve cut everything from big-budget campaigns to soulful, indie pieces. I’ve worked with top agencies and cultural institutions — but the core stays the same: detail, emotion, and stories that punch through. I’ve directed. I’ve edited. I’ve produced. I know the process inside-out — which means I don’t just cut scenes. I build meaning. And I deliver. Every time.

Wojciech
Wojciech Wiszniowski – Born to produce. Raised on set.

I’m a producer who’s done it all — and knows what matters.  I grew up in the shadows of stunt scenes and 35mm reels, with a father who ran one of Poland’s first private film production companies. From an early age, I was behind the scenes, learning every role hands-on. I’ve been everything: set PA, driver, prop guy, lighting tech, AD, casting director, production manager — and now, a seasoned producer. I don’t follow templates. I follow vision, momentum, and people who give a damn.  I believe in production driven by passion, trust, and a shared purpose.  Because that’s when filmmaking stops being a job — and starts becoming something that truly stays with the viewer. If it’s impossible, give me a minute. I get sh*t done.
